PowerEdge R815 omreport command says No controllers found.
I lost a disk in a PowerVault MD1200 attached to this R815, so I wanted to use omreport to peek at the state before I replace the disk. Old commands from history can't see controllers anymore. I did not set up this system and not very familiar with omreport, but I've used it a bit on a different machine. Troubleshooting results are below (minus some stuff that this web form didn't like).
The R815's LED display is showing an error: 1912 system event log full (There might be a letter before the 1912?)
My immediate question is, should I just replace the bad disk blindly? I think it had a hot spare, so not even in degraded mode now.
Longer term, how do I figure out why omreport is goofy?
Thanks,
Dave

Hi,
Can you private message me a service tag so we can get some additional system information?
Which controller is in the system? It looks like a non raid controller which may be why omreport isn’t showing anything. The drive does look like it needs replacement.
