PowerEdge T320 CPU update failed
I have a PowerEdge T320 Server and now I am updating CPU with Intel Xeon E5-2450 (95W) to replace the original CPU of Intel Pentium 1403 (80W). After replacing CPU and when I'm ready to power on the server, I see that the amber light (Electrical Indicator) was blinking on front pane and the server could not be power on. I also tried to update the system BIOS to the latest 2.4.2 version. But I still suffer the problem. The current power supply is 350W, and it is enough for the updated CPU? If anybody can give me some hits and advice how to resolve it, I will appreciate. Thanks a lot.

I didn't look at the specs close enough to guess at why, but the 2450 is not supported on this server. See below for supported processors:
