Do you happen to have teaming enabled on the nic? If so you can try breaking the team and see if that resolves the issue. If so it may be as simple as a update on the nic, or on the software (Broadcom Advanced Control Suite).
OK, My knowledge on server's stuff is limited, and to be honest with you I don't have idea is this feature has been enabled. So how can I disable teaming (in case it is enabled) ??
