R710 RAM question

I have a Dell PER710 with 3 X 8gb sticks installed the memory is as follows

1 x 2RX4 PC3-10600R-9-11-J0

2 X 4RX8 PC3-8500R -7-10-H0

I also have a HP360G7 (dont hate) with 24Gb  it has 6 x1RX4 PC3-106000 09-10-C1-P1

I have a seller that wants to sell me for $93

6 X 4GB PC-10600R 2RX8

3 X 8GB PC3-10600R 2RX4

Will this work? I was thinking that I cant mix the dual ranked DIMMS. I also read in both manuals that my RAM speed it cut in half if i put three DIMMS on each channel. I would like to get the most out of my R710 since its for my homelab and money is tight ish. I can spend another hundred if neeed. The RAM upgrade would allow for my VMware hosts to be at 48GB each. more the better when it comes to VMware. Any help will be most welcome.
