I have an R720 that is stuck at initializing firmware devices after i ran all the firmware upgrades via the LIfeCycle controller. Does anyone know a way to fix this? Do i have to reset the LifeCycle controlller?
If this occurred while you were updating BIOS/firmware then you should be careful how you proceed. You should avoid resetting devices or draining memory as a last option prior to hardware replacement.
When you ran the platform updates in the LCC what happened? Did the system restart itself or did you restart the system?
Also, did you connect any hardware to the system to perform these updates, like a USB drive? Any devices you have attached may cause initialization issues.
