Unable to restore T310 using Windows Server Backup

The system will not boot in normal mode, safe mode or last known good configuration. Selecting the Repair Option launches System Recovery Options which requires log on as a local user, the only user available is Administrator, and the customer does not know the password.

Booting from the Windows Server 2008 R2 installation dvd offers the options of Install Now or Repair Your Computer. Neither option finds the existing OS installation or drive. The customer has an external usb drive connected which has current Windows Server Backups. At this point the only option is to Load Drivers. They have the Dell PERC H700 Adaptor RAID controller.

If this is the correct next step what driver should be loaded?

Can this be accessible through a USB flash drive?

Is this the correct process to restore from Windows Server Backup?
