Why are you still using 2003??

Do you have OMSA installed? If not, then install it. It is probably the BMC/iDRAC.

I am using server 2003 because this server will be an engineering station of PCS7 
and in this version needs 2003.

I installed the OMSA but could not solve the problem yet.

What drivers did you install after installing the OS?

Later install the OS without any driver I found in that situation.

ACPI \ PNP0C31


Now I found this:

Winbond Trusted Platform Module% 1.2%.

I installed the driver r167274 but it doesn´t work correctly and the device can´t start to work.
