mxing RAM speed in a PowerEdge 2850

According to the published spec, the ram speed for a 2850 is PC2-3200, of which I have 2x 4GB sticks.  I went to Crucial.com for pricing and found that all they have for the 2850 is PC2-5300 (as they don't sell the "slow" stuff) so presumably that's compatible.   as long as i keep the same speed (3200 and 5300) in their own paired banks, I shouldn't expect any problems with having different speed memory in the 2850, should i?

Thanks

When mixing memory speeds it should all revert to the slowest common denominator; 3200 in your case.
