Can't install RAID drivers on Poweredge 1950

I have a Dell Poweredge 1950 I bought off of eBay. I need to install Windows 2003 R2. I have tried nearly every SAS driver listed with my service tag, none of them appear to be working. I have a USB floppy drive that I've attached to it. The machine came with 4 SAS drives and they appear to be working. I can see them in the Configuration Utility. I have tried numerous times to install with no luck.Below is a list of some of the components. I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks!

Shooman332,

You will need this driver, for the SAS 6/ir.

www.dell.com/.../DriverDetails

The issue may be the USB floppy drive you are using. Download this tool and use a USB key to load the drivers.

ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/utility/USBKeyPrepA07.exe

Boot to the OS media and then hit F6 at the F6 to load 3rd party scsi or raid drivers.

Thanks! That was perfect! I didn't know about the USB key.
