So, I've bought an old R510 - 12 bay(hasn't arrived yet), without drives, and found a cheap HB-1235 with 12x2TB that im considering buying, i was wondering if i could connect them directly, the R510 is equipped with an H700 PERC card, could i use one of the ports on that, to run a cable to the HB-1235 (and still keep some kind of R510 Backpanel functionality (USB and internal drives) or is that not possible, as far as i can see from the documentation both controller cables in the 12-bay connects to the backpanel?
