NO DRIVES FOUND on Power Edge R310

Hi guys,

Just placed in some new hard disks on a power edge server and planning to install the OS.. problem is i don't have the cd for creating RAIDs so that i can proceed with installation.. could you please avail a link for the startup download or a solution to this

You can download the system build dvd here: www.dell.com/.../poweredge-r310

Or you can use the life cycle controller (F10 during post) to deploy an OS.

How did you solve this? When installing the windows it says that it does not find the hard disk driver, that's where I add the image of this link? www.dell.com/.../poweredge-r310 , is this driver? Dell EMC Systems Management Tools and Documentation DVD ISO For Windows, v9.3.0 or this Dell Systems Build and Update Utility, v2.4
