The issue you are having is due to the raid controller driver isn't loaded so the controllers Virtual Disks aren't visable to the OS install. From the "Load Drivers" page browse to this driver - http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER01969002M/1/SAS-RAID_Driver_H9W18_WN32_6.802.19.0_A05.EXE

I am assuming the controller you have is the H310, which is the driver above. If you have a different controller then let me know and I will get the proper driver for you.

Hello  I got the same problem with my R220  when im trying to install Windows Server 2008, I already download the RAID Driver but how can install it ?

Configured the Virtual disk in the controller.

Boot to the OS media

At the page for selecting the location for the install, you will select LOAD DRIVERS on that page.

Have the driver on USB and browse to the location and select the driver.

The install should proceed.

Can someone please send me the correct drivers ? 

For the onboard Ethernet controller or an add-in controller?

I want to install Windows Server 2019 on a standard server model, where can I download the raid driver? How do I determine which raid controller I have? Hard drives are connected to the motherboard. Thanks
