Hi
i recently bought a new SAS drive for the above server and this brand new drive is showing failure predicted the raid was rebuilt with no problems please advise on what i can do to sort this out.

Hello.
From where are you viewing the status of this drive? What is the status of the Virtual Disk and the drive within the controller BIOS? To enter controller BIOS, press Ctrl+R during POST. Ensure that the system BIOS, iDRAC and controller firmware is up to date.

Did you replace a drive that was predicted to fail? If so, did you force it offline first?
