It does appear to be configured as a raid 10. First off, a RAID 10 has multiple sets of RAID 1 arrays where each RAID 1 set is considered a span. So that should explain the Span term. Looking at your screen shot it shows 0:1:0 and 0:1:1 set as a the first raid 1, where 0:1:2 and 0:1:3 are the second span array.

So you are correct in your current configuration.
