Revision mode: ERROR MODE
Hello All,
I have 8 SSD drives installed on server and 7 of them showing revision mode: ERRORMODE only one SSD is showing revision mode: HPGO
Note: I couldn't see the size of the disk correctly. Its showing 0.38 GB.

Some more information wouldn't hurt.
- What server model?
- What HBA or PERC model?
- What SSD model?
- Are these Dell Enterprise Certified drives?

Server : dell poweredge 720xd
PERC: H710p
SSD: Samsung 960 GB

Which model Samsung?
It's obviously not a "Samsung 960 EVO or Pro", as those are M.2 NVMe drives, which at best would go on a PCIe converter card and not attached to a PERC.
It can definitely be 960GB, but is it an 840, 850, some OEM model, or an Enterprise model?
