boss m.2 drives another vendor
Friends, please share your experience. Has anyone tried inserting non-vendor m.2 drives into the boss card? Will they be visible to the operating system, even if not in the raid? Do you really need to install a drive with a large dwpd? Thank you!

Hi thanks for choosing Dell, Non vendor could work.( S/W RAID 1 configuration)
But you can do with just 1 NonRAID if you wish to. Please see below.
Supported M.2 drives
The BOSS-S1 card supports the following M.2 drives:
