Adding a second e-net controller card to a poweredge 800 server

Hey all,
I want to add a second e-net controller to a powerEdge 800 server. It currently has a broadcom Netxtreme 5721 Gigabit Controller. I was thinking about adding a second card, and then binding them together by teaming them up.
1. Does dell support Nic teaming? If so where do I find the software?
2. Can you bind 1 5721 with another card? (dell branded)
3. Will the drivers that run the card need updating?(Im sure)

The only reason think this might help, is that sometimes I get a spike in network activity every now and again. And also it takes forever to open up the properties screen of the card. And the indications of the transmit and receive are always pegged on. What are your thoughts?

1.  Yes.  You can find it with the software driver package on our support.dell.com site.  You can use the Bcom software to team NICs.
2. Yes, typically it's Intel and Broadcom in pretty much any config.
3.  Yes, you should update the drivers....especially for a Broadcom.
