Are you talking about the DRAC (Dell Remote Access Card) web interface or the OpenManage Server Administrator (OMSA) web interface?
DRAC - must be configured to be on the same subnet as your network (default is 192.168.0.120, 255.255.255.0, 192.168.0.1, u=root, p=calvin). You can change this from the command prompt (only if OMSA has already been installed) by typing racadm setniccfg -s IPADDRESS SUBNET GATEWAY. Then just connect to the IP address of the DRAC with your browser.
OMSA - Once installed, you can connect to it from another system using port 1311. For example, if your server's name is OHHENRY, then you can open OMSA by going to https://OHHENRY:1311 or by IP address:1311.
Go to the Drivers and Downloads page for the 1950 (or enter your Service Tag), make sure the OS is 2003x64, and download OpenManage Server Administrator Managed Node under Systems Management.
<ADMIN NOTE: Broken link has been removed from this post by Dell>
Download and run to extract files, then run C:\Openmanage\windows\setup.exe. Choose Custom installation and make sure that Storage Management (and all sub features) is installed. (It is the same installation file for 2003 and 2008, x86 and x64).
