Auto restart after power failure

Question

Sorry I'm not in front of the computer in question but it is an older Poweredge 2200 or 2300. Not sure of the bios but I am positive it is not the latest A07. I will only flash the bios if I can get a power option to have an auto restart after a power failure but I can't find a changelog. I'm guessing the motherboard won't allow this but I thought I would ask. Thanks.
