BMC Remote Management for FreeBSD Boxes

Hi, We have a load of 1800s and 2950s with BMC all configured. However, these machines are running FreeBSD. How can I monitor the BMCs remotely? I've tried to access the BMC from a browser, but it just times out. I've been success in monitor BMCs from Windows machines, but not FreeBSD. Am I missing something?? thanks
