Blinking LED

We have a poweredge serve 4600. A few months ago we had a drive failure and had to change the drive. The dell logo on the front of the machine was blinking a orange color. Also on the back of the machine the light is blinking orange also. The bad drive has been replaced and seems to be working fine. My question is how come the logo on the front of the machine is blinking orange when prior to the drive failure it was solid blue. How do you reset it? Or is there a problem that we are not seeing?
