I downloaded and installed Broadcom Management Applications Installer (x64) and it included the BACS 4. I must say it was as clear as mud getting there.
If you create a team, even though you'll have a 2Gbps connection, the difference you see will be marginal, and it will slow down all VM connections using it. If using it for VM's, I would assign one NIC to each VM - or split between them as much as possible according to their expected network usage.
If you are using the team for failover only, then ignore everything above.
Keep in mind that your network hardware (switch) must support the team.
Also, BACS teaming options are not usually installed by default - if not, try the advanced/custom installation.

Ooops. Spoke too fast. The BACS 4 is not giving me any options to create a team.

If you need any of the advanced features of BACS, you'll need to choose the Custom/Advanced installation.

Complained too soon. Found team builder by selecting "Team View" in left-hand dropdown menu.
