CAL licence keys
I've misplaced our CAL licence keys that we purchased with our server in 2015. Our Dell Sales Professional advised us to contact tech support as they would have the information for us.
How should we proceed with this?

Support doesn't keep a record of licenses or CALs. If the paper they were on was lost, there won't be a backup we could send. I'm fairly certain these will not be recorded in the Digital Locker, either, but you could confirm by checking at the link below. You'll need the email account associated with the order to view anything attached to it.
