This error should be indicative of an issue elsewhere in the system. If you have iDRAC access, I'd recommend looking at the System Log there to see what additional information you can find. If you can't find anything further to guide your troubleshooting, I would take the server to a minimum to POST configuration and add components back in from there to try to identify the issue. I can say that with this kind of error, I did most often see it as a result as a PCI component failure or a memory failure.

Checked the existing hdd which are woring fine, now the error is coming as menioned by me in the subject
