Can not access to Idrac

I have Dell Server R740 ,while booting it's gives us error on Idrac ,like idrac firmware is corrupted and unrecoverable 

When Enter to IDRAC Setting  ,gives message , idrac is not ready ,the configuration values cannot be accessed . 

Then logging to windows 2016 server ,then go to Drivers & Downloads , enter service tag for server , download update for BIOES and IDRAC ,give me The software does not compatible with this machine  

The problem is that he no longer recognizes of IDRAC 
And the sound of the fans always works loudly

For iDRAC issues, I generally recommend shitting the server off, unplugging it from power, then holding the power button down for 10 seconds to drain power from the system. I've seen this help with a number of iDRAC issues. You might also consider performing an NVRAM clear using the NVRAM_CLR jumper on the motherboard. This does reset the BIOS to factory default values, though. If there are any changes you've made, you would need to reapply them after.

 

To perform an NVRAM clear, you would follow the same process as the power drain, but also remove the top cover, then move the jumper to cover the uncovered side pin and common. Once the jumper is moved, you would just need to perform a power cycle. The server can then be shut off and the jumper returned to it's initial position.
