Your USB device will be listed under the hard drive section in the boot menu.

Your BIOS should be at least 2.x to boot from USB device

I'm sure you're well past this, but the answer lies in the 1900 server's Remote Access Setup configuration. You get to these settings by pressing when prompted at the end of the server's boot cycle, just before it attempts to load its operating system.

Pressing opens the Remote Access Configuration Utility, On its main menu is an item titled 'Virtual Media Configuration.'  Select it and set 'Virtual Media' to 'Attached,' and set 'Virtual Flash ' to 'Enabled.'

Reboot and enter Setup. You will notice some new settings therein--'Hard-Disk Drive Sequence' and 'USB Flash Drive Emulation Type.'

I haven't tested from this point on, but I hope to early next week. My guess is that under 'Hard-Disk Drive Sequence, ' you make 'Front USB: Computer' the first 'hard-disk' to boot from. Within 'USB Flash Drive Emulation Type,'  you can leave 'Front USB: Computer' to 'Auto' or change it to 'Hard Disk.'

Sorry for the late answer, but I came across your post as I was researching.
