Would you confirm how you are trying to connect to the UPS, specifically what port and cable? Also, have you tried anyother connections, beyond what you are trying.

yes K802N UPS, I can see it in my router, I try the default port 80 I get the logo + message "The card is configured in SSL mode"

when I click the link it go to the default http2 port, and returns the error

also I installed local node manager and I can see the device via USB cable with status green but I can see the network entry in the table with status gray

I do not have the serial port, so I cant use that , I can try to connect the ethernet port (might need a cross cable)  directly to my laptop , I can try that tomorrow, 

any idea why its not working ? or what setting I need to change to enable HTTP, for example ?

I tried firefix but latest version, what do you mean modern browser wont work wont work connecting to this ups ? can you tell me what firefox version works, I will try it ? 

You have to use a Firefox portable version which is 5-8 years old. A modern browser will not work.

The SSL implemetation is not thrustworthy anymore and todays browser have all these Ciphers and Keys disabled or removed.

A old FF portable is the solution.

Hello, it's not possible, I'm afraid.

Can I change configuration of the device via USB (connected to the USB port on the device) , I installed the  ups dell management and it did not connect, I installed the  dell local node manager and it connected but its read only (it could not connect via network, just USB)

You should be able to configure the UPS via the USB, as seen here.
