Well, I figure it out, if this answer can help anyone who might have this problem
I installed the 12 GB SAS HBA card on PCIe slot 3 (Riser), but my server only had one processor. To get working the slots 1-2-3 the server MUST have TWO processors. Thats why the server did not recognize that SAS card. The solution is pretty simple, if you just want to connect a Dell 12 GB SAS HBA Card on a One Processor Server, connect it into the slots 5 or 6, and that is it. Windows now recognizes this card.
I would first start by confirming the card is compatible, as well as the correct card type. The card I am showing you will need is part number 406-BBDM, , which is a 12gbps external SAS HBA that can be found here.
Let me know the specifics of the card you're using and we can move forward.

The card I got is this one (405-AAES), and it says it is compatible with R730XD
