DELL Poweredge T110 e11s not starting
Dear all,
today we found one of our DELL Poweredge servers (T110 E11S) stopped, with amber health flashing. We have disconnected all devices (HDD, fans,...) and still don't start. We see the power supply ventilator turning for 3 seconds and stopping, after a while the health LED starts flashing. We have tried to clear the flash using the internal jumper but no help. Don't know I we need to keep pressing the side panel switch button pressed while trying to power up the server, we've tried it both ways without help. Do you think the montherboard is damaged?
Thank you for your help.

et08499,
I would try the system at it's minimum hardware configuration, thats removing everything but the following;
•System Board
•Processor with Heatsink
•1 DIMM in slot 1
•Power Supply
•Control Panel and Cable
I know you said you removed things, but if those listed devices aren't installed the server won't start.
So when you remove everything, leave those devices, then try powering up. If still not booting then the issue is one of those listed devices, so check connections and things are properly seated.
Let me know what you see.
