DELL R320
Hello
I have a dell R320 embedded NICs are gigabit but they both working on 100Mbs
they are in "autoneg"
How can I fix that

What kind of switch are they connected to? What OS are they running?

hello
switch is Cisco SG500-52. Currently running freebsd base OS firewall, router pfSense, but I tried with Windows Server also was running on 100Mbs. I have an dedicated iDrac7 card that running on 1Gbs.
