Dell CD ISO - Dell Systems Build and Update Utility

I have a PE2650 which will not bring up the Adaptec Raid Utility during POST.  I would like to update the BIOS to see if that will fix the problem, but when I try to download from http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/usgen1/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats?DriverId=H56T7&FileId=2731106269

I get a message that I need a valid service tag.  Can you please advise me as to what I need to do?
