Dell EMC T40 Server 2016

Had several power blips during the freeze storm and when I boot my DELL EMC (server 2016) I get the following error on boot

"You have ordered a Dell System with no OS Installed" 

I could not find any information on this other than a Dell Forum which suggested this fix

of Diskpart and rebuilding EFI..

I have booted to repair command line but feel a little paranoid about performing this fix.

Anyone seen this?

I did run diagnostics and all disk appear to be fine..
