Dell PE T410 System Halted E1000 failsafe voltage error
Hello,
We have a server Dell PE T410. Its giving some error for sometimes being like...
1. E1410
2. E171F PCI Slot 4
3. E1422 CPU2 Machine check
For the above errors I have already try to boot the server in minimum POST, Cleaning dust resetting PCIe RAID card riser, RAM, CPU Backpanel also with swapping both CPU and PSU.
But After all this when i try too boot the server Its showing E1000 failsafe voltage error. Now I cant boot the server :'(.

Hello
The information you provided requires context. If you provide some context then maybe someone will be able to better assist, but based on the information provided all I can say is to start replacing parts. I would suggest starting with the system board based on the errors.
Rather than stating that the server has been giving these errors for "sometimes", it would be more beneficial to state the error, what you did to try to correct the error, and then the outcome. Based on the context provided I don't know if all of these errors were occurring at the same time or if some of these errors occurred after you started troubleshooting.
Thanks

Thanks.
This exact we get from the machine.
1. E171F PCIe Fatal Error on slot 4
2. E1410 System Fatal Error
3. E171F PCIe Fatal Error on Bus 0 Device 4
4. E1422 CPU2 Machine Check Error
We have been ignoring this error because the system OS was running well after having those errors. But last time it came around when booting the server it goes system halted (after POST). For that I have search for those errors resolution from Dell community and try every steps they suggested but now the final error came E1000: Failsafe voltage error. Contact support.
Now the machine wont POST at all.

All of those errors should cause the system to either not complete POST or shutdown if running. If the system was halting due to these errors prior to it no POSTing any longer then I would suspect the issue is related to the PCIe device in slot 4.
I would start by removing the device in slot 4. If the issue persists with that device removed then continue no POST troubleshooting.

Thanks.
I have tried the above mentioned article steps....but no luck to boot or POST the server. I think the server motherboard have been in bad shape....need to replace it.....another thing i have check also with disconnecting the HDD backpanel but no luck also.
