Dell Power Edge R330 Server Converting from Software RAID to Hardware RAID

Question

Hello,   I have Dell R330 Power Edge server which came with Software RAID with 3.5 inch disk form factor. I want to Install ESXI on the server but now i can't do it because ESXi can't support software RAID. I am looking to purchase PERC H730 Integrated RAID Controller, 1GB Cache, for Hot Plug Chassis. Can someone suggest what is the cable i need to purchase from 3rd party seller? Also, the drives are hot-pluggable drives with 3.5 Form factor.   Kumar
