Dell Poweredge NX3000 NAS Appliance OS Reinstall Parition Resize

I continue to struggle with Dell's decision to set the size of my windows partition for me. Is there some key combo that I can press during the initial setup process that will let me allocate my entire drive to windows?

If not, it looks like gparted to the rescue!
