Dell R520 iDRAC web interface time out

Hi All,

We have R520 with esxi 6.5 u2.  We have installed the OMSA vib file and could see the hardware health status. But this doesn't mean it works flawlessly, recently two drives failed and we get no notification from the esxi (although we set up the alarm). This comes to the conclusion that we need to utilize the iDrac warning.

We can log in to iDrac web interface after reboot once or twice, after that the iDRAC seems to be crashed and we keep getting time out when we try to reach the iDRAC web interface, any idea how to fix this without reboot?
