Dell R720 Blank Screen

Hello everyone!, I recently picked up a Dell R720 and have fired it up for the first time.. The screen was black, reading the words

"Initializing firmware interfaces"
"Initialization complete"

"Lifecycle controller: Collecting System Invetory..."

I also saw, for a quick moment, it saying "UEFI.." With more words there, though it only flashed for a brief second.

Followed with a white bar at the bottom of the screen, I have tried pretty much everything, iDrac7 isn't working for some reason, and i've connected the monitor from both the front and rear, Please help.
