Dell R720 NDC upgrade fails
I'm trying to upgrade a Dell R720 4x1gb network LOM to a 2x1GB 2x10GB (C63DV). Just after the server POSTs I get a message saying that the NIC is DISABLED in the OS. which it is, if I boot into either Windows server 2012 or 2016. The card is confirm working in both a R620 and another R720. The Bios / idrac / lifecycle controller are all the latested revisions. I can see the card in the Inventory in the lifecycle controller. Does anyone have any suggestions on getting this working. Thanks

Hi,
That's strange. AS I understand you did X test between other servers and the network card works. Can you check integrated devices and make sure the network car enable? F2>System Setup>System BIOS>Integrated Devices
Also, You've mentioned BIOS, iDRAC&LCC up to date. What is the network card FW ver?
