Dell R740 & Nvidia M60

Hello,
I have an nvidia m60 card with its power cable (8 pin white and on the other side a 6 pin black connector and another 6 pin+2) which is not designed for the Dell R740.
My Dell R740 server which is configured to receive this type of graphics card, has a RSR1A riser with two 16x PCI slots and at the end a smaller 8 pin power connector. I also received a bag with several power cables.
Currently, the GPU card is mounted on the RSR1A using the power cable delivered by Dell: 8 white pins to the GPU and 8 small pins (one of which has no metal part) to the RSR1A power supply.
I haven't powered up the server yet.
My first question: does the assembly seem correct?
My second question: about the cable provided by Dell, why one of the 8 pins does not have a metal part inside while the other 7 do.

If you want, I can provide you with pictures of my assembly and I can also provide you with the service tag of the server.

Thanks

Hi,  We can't know the pinmap, I'm afraid. We need a riser for GPU.
This would very likely require your system's service tag. You can send it by DM. Wish you a good one.
