Can you try acpi=off as a boot parameter and see if there are any more errors?

I'm having the same error messages on some Dell T630 with different BIOS versions, including the newest one. I'm running Ubuntu 14.04.
Apr 18 14:51:35 dc01 kernel: [ 12.661103] ACPI Error: No handler for Region [SYSI] (ffff88046c0b93a8) [IPMI] (20150930/evregion-163)Apr 18 14:51:35 dc01 kernel: [ 12.661109] ACPI Error: Region IPMI (ID=7) has no handler (20150930/exfldio-297)Apr 18 14:51:35 dc01 kernel: [ 12.661113] ACPI Error: Method parse/execution failed [\_SB.PMI0._GHL] (Node ffff88046c0a4500), AE_NOT_EXIST (20150930/psparse-542)Apr 18 14:51:35 dc01 kernel: [ 12.661123] ACPI Error: Method parse/execution failed [\_SB.PMI0._PMC] (Node ffff88046c0a4460), AE_NOT_EXIST (20150930/psparse-542)Apr 18 14:51:35 dc01 kernel: [ 12.661132] ACPI Exception: AE_NOT_EXIST, Evaluating _PMC (20150930/power_meter-755)
If I boot with acpi=off the errors are gone. However, that's not really what I want to do, do I? I found a similar bug report in the kernel bug tracker. What can we do? bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi
