More info wouldn't hurt.

Does this come up in the bios screen?
If it's after the bios (during OS boot), which OS?
When did this start (what changed)?

PhoenixBios Version 4.05 A04 and it comes up during boot.

Put a floppy disk into the floppy drive to see if that will allow you to either boot or get at least to the "non-system disk" type message. If not, your "configuring" is in the bios. If it does try to boot to the floppy, the "configuring" is from the OS trying to boot.

is there a configuring disk or a setup that i can get from here to put on a floppy disk to reboot my system?my floppy disk drive is the only thing that works on the computer.my cd rom drive aint working i guess from the configurations.

You say your floppy drive is working. Does this mean you are able to boot to a floppy disk? (e.g. any dos boot floppy or so)

If so, your 'configuring' messages seem to be from your Operating system and not from the bios/hardware. This means you want to boot to recovery media for your OS and see if you can repair your OS.

yes where can i get the media to repair it

You should be able to get installation media from your system administrator. He/she should have access to install media for all OSes and software that you have the licenses for.

Without information which OS you're (trying to) running, it's hard to give a better answer than that.
