I was able to order another RX 550 from Best Buy and will be returning the RX 560 to Newegg, unfortunately. It was a good priced item but didn't work with my setup.
I'm leaving this here just incase if anyone else wants to repurpose a T 110 II to a gaming rig, RX 550 works pretty nice, it doesn't need an external power input, I have even mined with this setup for a week straight. There were no problems. PCIe port has enough power to handle the card.
