GPU support The R730 supports GPU technology, which can provide accelerated performance for a variety of applications, including VDI and HPC implementations. Note: GPU support is limited to compute and co-processing only; external video out is not supported. The R730xd does not support internal or external GPUs.
Uhh yes it does. I have two Quadro P400's in my R730XD right now. In the past I had a GTX 1070 installed too which requires external power which was supplied via a breakout cable connected to a power supply port on one of the risers that is explicitly labelled as for this purpose numerous times in the owner's manual.

I've been told on the Homelab Discord server that the R730XD is too old to have Resizable BAR.
