Need help. I’m a network technician tasked with resolving a driver mismatch error. The description states that “ The monitoring agent has observed that the installed controller driver is not a supported version.” How would I go about rectifying this issue?
I would guess that one of our OpenManage applications detected that a driver is out of date. It should list the driver version that is current. You can find drivers on the server support page. You can find OpenManage manuals on the OpenManage support page of the application.
