You can check the controller for foreign configurations. If a foreign configuration is present you can attempt an import. If the drives are just failed and not foreign then you can try reseating them. You can find more information about the controller in the manual.
Thank you for responding to my post. I have attached some logs from the Support Live session and from my earlier DRAC session. I'm not terribly hopeful give the information, but from my experience I just find it highly unusual that 2 hard drive would fail at the same time. I moved these drives to a PW 1950 and they produced the exact same boot behavior.

You can try pulling and reviewing a controller/TTY log. Our Support Live Image should have the tools necessary to pull a log.
