Embedded Server Management Error Poweredge 2650

Question

After a power supply failure, our batteries bank discharged and server went off, when it was turned back on the server front view shows a red '!'. Starting, it made a large beep and sent this message 'Embedded Server Management Error' then F1 to continue, F2 to setup.   Sorry but my english is not good.

sorry for my english, i'm spanish....   you can probe with update bios and firmware. For upgrade esm in this server, you have upgrade the esm firmware.   the last bios is: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/exportcompliance.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&fileid=114728&p=FTP&agree=y&SystemID=PWE_FOS_XEO_2650&category=1&os=WNT4&osl=en&deviceid=159&devlib=1&releaseid=R87805   the last esm firmware: ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/esm/fwsBPa02.exe     for upgrade bios, you have boot with the disquete that created with execute de .exe. For upgrade the firmware you have boot with boot-disc of windows and change the disquette with the esm firmware disc and execute smflsh.exe.
