If only one stick failed, you would get a different message, except for particular errors on the first memory stick.

Remove all memory except for the first slot.  Try each memory stick alone in the first slot.

If that doesn't work, then clear the NVRAM using the jumpers on the motherboard.

If it still doesn't work, you can try removing any unnecessary devices (expansion cards, RAID card, drives, and DRAC (if present).

If it still doesn't work, remove each processor, trying each processor in the first slot.

If it still doesn't work, then it will be the memory controller (motherboard) that is bad.

Thanks theflash1932, My buddy recomended i remove the right 2 sticks. I did that and it booted fine. Not sure if that means both sticks are bad or just one of them is bad. Thankfully I have a connection on ECC Ram. I just need to go buy more ram.

Likely only one is bad.  You can boot with each in slot one to test which one is the problematic one.  If both of them work in slot one, then either slot 3 or 4 is bad.

Keep in mind that the 2950 MUST use FBDIMM's (Fully-Buffered) ... not regular UDIMM (Unbuffered) or RDIMM (Registered) ECC DIMM's.

Had the same problem.  Found capacitor C2821 at the edge of RAM area was slighly raised (blown).
