This error might possibly be related to a power supply fan. How many power supplies do you have in the server? You might want to check the power supply indicators and make sure they are green. You could also check OpenManage Server Administrator (if it is installed) to see the status of the fans and to see if there are any entries in the ESM logs. Other options would be to try and reseat the power supply and bypass the current power source and plug directly into a wall outlet.
Definetly reseat the power supply like she said, works for me usually. Clear flea power too if no go, and if all else fails Swap the Power supplys and see if it follows a supply or slot.
