ok, you're very close, but the method you are using wont work. When using RM to create the bundle, you should be choosing to export the bundle as New, and this should be pretty quick. Then, after that is finished, select the bundle and click the floppy icon in the upper right corner, choose a folder where this will ba saved to, I suggest an empty folder. This will actually save the files in the folder you placed the catalog in. If you see a failure during this phase, its ok, just continue and the files will dnload and be correct. Once this is complete, THEN click the export button again, and choose Export As SUU (direcory) and when complete, copy that to content to a USB key.
another thing, when i copied this SUU directory to the USB Key. I startet UEFI --> platform update --> Usb Key. Now it shows me "Catalog File not authenticated correctly - do u want to proceed". Do i need the windows bundle files or the linux bundle files ??
Im lil bit new to dell servers, we had HP before. HP has a usb key utility to create a bootable usb firmware key. Is there any way to create a bootable firmware usb key for dell firmware ??
you are seeing "Catalog File not authenticated correctly" because Rm cannot sign the catalog file (security issue if it did i am told). So this message is normal, just say yes.

Now I understand more about it, Thanks for your explanation!
