Firmware Update failed - invalid image file

have downloaded FRMW_LX_R189919.BIN, and when i try to run it i get the error:

 

ST3146855SS

The operation failed due to an invalid image file.

 

have downloaded the file a couple of times and no joy.

 

can someone help?
